Return Policy:

- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like opened candles, diffusers, and towels may not be eligible for returns.

- Pack Your Item: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Ship It Back: We will provide you with a return label or you can arrange your own return shipping. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
